Per il resto beh... vado alla cassa dopo aver visto che il numero 35 è considerato bambino e aveva quindi un costo più basso (50€) arrivando poi al momento del pagamento alla cassa mi viene detto che il prezzo era invece di 75€ come quelle per adulti...ho provato a dire che sul cartellino era esposto che dal 28 al 35 era bambino, ma non ha cambiato niente dato che il responsabile mi ha subito contraddetto dicendo che il bambino arrivava fino al 34...
Insomma ho lasciato li le scarpe... una vera in***ata.

They NEVER answer the phone, days I try but nothing. I will have to go there today only to be told that the shoes I want have run out and to call them the next day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, ordine del 23 Novembre mai pervenuto, ho scritto al Customer service e non risponde, sono andata direttamente in negozio e non sanno dirmi niente, hanno preso i dati dicendo che mi avrebbero chiamato e invece non ho sentito nessuno, telefono e nessuno risponde… davvero sconsigliato
Bad experience, November 23rd order never received, I wrote to Customer service and they don't answer, I went directly to the store and they can't tell me anything, they took the data saying they would call me and instead I didn't hear anyone, phone and nobody answers … Really not recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato al negozio delle scarpe sabato 13 dovevano arrivare entro quindici giorni ad oggi sabato 27 Novembre si hanno ancora 0 notizie. Nessuno risponde al telefono anche se sono giorni e giorni che chiamo. Delusione massima! Spero almeno di non aver perso i soldi!!!!
I ordered at the shoe shop on Saturday 13th they had to arrive within fifteen days to today Saturday November 27th we still have 0 news. Nobody answers the phone even if I have been calling for days and days. Maximum disappointment! I hope at least I haven't lost my money !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio è conosciuto e questo dei Gigli rispetta gli standard degli altri in giro per il mondo: personale gentile, varietà di proposte sia dal punto di vista di scarpe e abbigliamento che di accessori.
Ciò che mi porta a mettere due stelle è che non è possibile che uno debba sperare in una grazia divina per farsi rispondere al telefono. Non potendomi recare in negozio e dovendo però chiedere informazioni ho chiamato a diversi orari, in diversi giorni senza MAI ricevere risposta. Indecente.
The shop is known and this dei Gigli respects the standards of others around the world: kind staff, variety of proposals both from the point of view of shoes and clothing and accessories.
What leads me to put two stars is that it is not possible for one to have to hope for divine grace to be answered on the phone. Not being able to go to the shop and having to ask for information, I called at different times, in several days without NEVER receiving an answer. Indecent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella è anche troppo, ho ordinato le scarpe tre settimane fa,dicendomi che era l’ultimo numero, e che mi sarebbero arrivate entro 5 giorni massimo una settimana. Ancora niente, non sono arrivate. Chiamo nessuno risponde, mi reco in negozio e mi rispondono ‘ che si erano dimenticati di mandare il messaggio di annullamento dell’ordine perché poco prima di me è arrivato qualcun altro’, dopo avermi detto che era l’ultimo numero e che sarebbe stato mio in pochi giorni. Bellissime scarpe ma pessimo servizio!!!
One star is too much. I ordered the shoes three weeks ago, telling me that it was the latest issue, and that they would arrive within 5 days maximum one week. Still nothing, they haven't arrived. I call no one answers, I go to the shop and they reply 'that they forgot to send the order cancellation message because someone else arrived shortly before me', after telling me that it was the last number and that it would be mine in a few days. Beautiful shoes but bad service !!!
