★ ★ ★ ★ ★ X il mio compleanno, sabato mi hanno regalato un bracciale e dei charme. Purtroppo mia nuora ha sbagliato la misura. Oggi sono andata x cambiarlo e, credo fosse il responsabile del negozio, mi ha fatto un sacco di storie dicendomi che la misura era giusta e che lui consigliava il da farsi xche' aveva ben 5 anni di esperienza. Mi domando....ma se io preferisco in bracciale più grande xche' mi ci sento meglio....xche' far tt queste storie? Delusa dal suo comportamento. Esperienza non sono gli anni lavorativi, ma come ti rapporti con i clienti. Carina invece la ragazza che mi ha fatto il pacchetto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi è stata regalata la collana con il cuore dove poter attaccare i charms. La collana è rimasta intatta ma il cuore si è annerito. L ho riportata in negozio per cambiare il cuore e dalla commessa mi è stato negato perché dice che l'ossidazione non rientra nel cambio poiché potrebbe dipendere dal mio sudore. Ho fatto presente che se così fosse stato si sarebbe annerito anche la collana come il braccialetto che indosso e come gli orecchini e come l anello sempre Pandora. Ho chiesto di parlare col responsabile del negozio ma lui che prima era seduto in cassa ha pensato bene di negarsi e di consigliarmi tramite la commessa di scrivere una email. Così farò ma so gia senza risultato. Ok Pandora con me ha chiuso !
