★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avendo l'esigenza di disfarci di una vecchia cassa d'oro di un orologio oramai rotto la mia compagna si è recata presso questa gioielleria per la buona nomea. Sfortunatamente ha avuto il dispiacere di aver a che fare con una persona assolutamente non competente che dapprima ha verificato l'autenticità dell'oro ed il peso, facendo un'offerta, per poi in un secondo momento rifiutarsi di ritirare l'oggetto perchè non trovava, a detta sua, la punzonatura "750" ma solo quella 18K.
Sorvolando sulla totale incompetenza di una persona che dovrebbe masticare gioielli e sapere che non per forza di cose è sempre presente la dicitura "750" ma alla richiesta di ricontrollare ci risponde con una certa dose di saccenza che "Il suo lavoro lo aveva fatto". Ci siamo recati in altra gioielleria che ha confermato fosse oro, ovviamente, facendoci inoltre una valutazione migliore. Suggerisco ai titolari di rivalutare concretamente la serietà del personale. Unfortunately he had the regret of having to deal with an absolutely non-competent person who first verified the authenticity of the gold and the weight, making an offer, and then later refusing to collect the object because he could not find according to him, the "750" hallmark but only the 18K one.
Overlooking the total incompetence of a person who should chew jewels and know that the words "750" are not always present, but when asked to double check, he replies with a certain amount of knowledge that "His work had done it".
