★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come tutti i negozi del brand omonimo anche questo si presenta molto bene, ambiente minimal studiato nei minimi particolari per fare sentire il cliente a proprio agio, in comodità.
I prodotti come sempre sono belli, comodi e funzionali ed il rapporto qualità/prezzo accettabile visto l'estrema cura nei particolari e la qualità insuperabile.
Unica cosa che rattrista e dispiace è che purtroppo ha risentito della grave crisi dovuta al blocco totale per la pandemia da Covid-19:
I negozi di Firenze, Prato e Scandicci sono stati chiusi. Unico negozio nella zona che ha resistito è questo situato ai Gigli.

 Like all the stores of the brand of the same name, this one also looks very good, minimal environment studied in detail to make the customer feel at ease, in comfort.
The products as always are beautiful, comfortable and functional and the quality / price ratio acceptable given the extreme attention to detail and unsurpassed quality.
The only thing that saddens and regrets is that unfortunately it was affected by the serious crisis due to the total blockade for the Covid-19 pandemic:
The stores in Florence, Prato and Scandicci have been closed. The only shop in the area that has endured is this one located in Gigli.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale poco professionale, ho acquistato un giubbotto bianco nonostante fosse macchiato già da nuovo appena tolto dal celo fan, visto che era macchiato e lo abbiamo fatto presente anche al personale, mi aspettavo almeno uno sconto per l'inconveniente e invece niente.
Unprofessional staff, I bought a white jacket even though it was already stained as new as soon as it was removed from the fan, since it was stained and we also mentioned it to the staff, I was expecting at least a discount for the inconvenience and instead nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio situato all'interno del centro commerciale "I Gigli" , di non ampia metratura ma con una vasta scelta di giacconi da donna e da uomo, sportivi e casual e in materiale tecnico; scarpe stivali e scarpe comode, anche per bambini. Prezzi resi più abbordabili grazie ai saldi ma comunque non eccessivi. Personale molto cortese e disponibile.
Shop located inside the "I Gigli" shopping center, not large in size but with a wide selection of women's and men's jackets, sporty and casual and in technical material; shoes, boots and comfortable shoes, even for children. Prices made more affordable thanks to the balances but not excessive. Very courteous and helpful staff.

Thus, I came to the store for refund in 2 days, and they said they can't refund because this store is third party store which is not managed by Geox.
One employee name Slivia just keep talked me that owner refused refund.
Please be aware alle the Geox store don't refund.
