★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio a cui mi sono rivolta spesso senza mai nessun problema ... purtroppo probabilmente trovando il giorno sbagliato per il soggetto in questione, devo dare recensione negativa dato che per una richiesta di un servizio che fino a prima era stato effettuato sempre con persone gentili, mi trovo malgrado un ragazzo alquanto maleducato e senza nessun motivo ha iniziato a fare polemica sulla mia richiesta con oltretutto un suo parere che nessuno a chiesto e fuori luogo, se non anche indisponente nonostante la situazione non richiedesse alcuna aggressività Trattamento alquanto deludente.

Grazie alla ragazza che mi ha servito in poco tempo ha fatto quello che non m hanno risolto ne aiutato in due giorni e mezzo... Ottimo servizio e gentilezza

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Riguardo alla risposta del proprietario, forse si sbaglia con un’altro cliente in quanto non ero affatto li’ per una sostituzione sim dovuta a un furto ma per tutt’altre informazioni. Dovrebbe smettere anche di dire cose diffamatorie in quanto io non ho mai insultato nessuno in nessun caso neppure dopo aver ricevuto il peggiore dei servizi. Ah per concludere, non era minimamente a 10 minuti dalla chiusura in quanto erano le 20.35 e su Google l’orario dice 09-21, ma forse per alcuni 25 minuti ne valgono comunque 10.
Commessi che ti rispondo male, 45 minuti in fila con sole due persone davanti per sentirsi dire “mi dispiace ma non ti posso aiutare poi stiamo per chiudere”. Veramente una pessima esperienza nonostante io sia in Tim ormai da più di 20 anni.
Regarding the owner's response, perhaps he is wrong with another customer as I was not there at all for a sim replacement due to a theft but for completely different information. He should also stop saying defamatory things as I have never insulted anyone under any circumstances even after receiving the worst of services. Ah to conclude, it was not in the least 10 minutes from closing as it was 8.35 pm and on Google the time says 09-21, but maybe for some 25 minutes it's still worth 10.
Salesmen who answer you badly, 45 minutes in a row with only two people in front to be told "I'm sorry but I can not help you then we are about to close". Really bad experience despite having been with Tim for over 20 years now.
