★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in with a messed up iPhone 5 which had major issues. Turns out they had to do many things to get me covered which they did. This is why we pay a little more, because whether in San Francisco or Florence Italy, Apple stands behind their products.
Silvia, Cami(la) were amazing and helpful to the very end and even knew great english.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked in this morning at 9 am with a problem with the hard drive of my computer. I was unable to get an appointment until Tuesday, so i was very concerned and decided to just drop in. I am so thankful for Johnny at the Genius Bar- he was able to fix my laptop in about an hour and I left the store with a working device. I cannot say thank you enough!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ service has gone down, many employees standing around talking to each other, but if you do not have an appointment plan a long wait. No longer can go in just to look and get ideas, understand virus limits this but no contact has been taken a little too far, I want to see what I am going to buy and discuss it with the sales assistant. and making an appointment is not always possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very quick service. I appointment was on 20:00 o clock but i reached there before time they didnot make me wait they helped me there staff member was so good she was from iran i think so her name was romania she was so decent and helped me so much. I got my iphone 13 pro max yahoo.
