★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualità ottima, ma 1 ora di attesa per 2 piadine è troppo anche se è sabato sera. C'era evidentemente un problema in cucina e allora potevano dircelo quando abbiamo ordinato (e pagato...)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il locale è molto carino e ci siamo fermati per una merenda.
Abbiamo scelto una piadina con farina multocereali, un formaggio di mucca simile allo stracchino e verdure grigliate.
Sono disponibili solo bevande artigianali italiane, quindi abbiamo scelto una cola.
Abbiamo atteso circa 15 minuti (che non é pochissimo in piadineria per quanto "gourmet") e ci hanno servito la piadina.
L'impasto era fantastico, insaporito dai cereali e sfogliato alla perfezione, ma il ripieno é stata una grandissima delusione.
Per quanto le verdure fossero state evidentemente appena cotte, non erano state minimamente condite e soprattutto salate, rendendo tutto molto anonimo.
Peccato.
The place is very nice and we stopped for a snack.
We chose a piadina with multocereali flour, a cow's cheese similar to stracchino and grilled vegetables.
Only Italian artisan drinks are available, so we chose a cola.
We waited about 15 minutes (which is not very little in the piadineria even if it is "gourmet") and they served us the piadina.
The dough was fantastic, flavored with cereals and peeled to perfection, but the filling was a huge disappointment.
Although the vegetables had obviously been just cooked, they had not been seasoned and above all salty, making everything very anonymous.
Sin.

Entro ed è vuoto, penso che sia colpa del famoso paninaro che sta accanto
Si chiama " piadinaro" quindi ordino piadina pensando che sia il prodotto top.
Prendo una Grate con verdure grigliate e formaggio.
Mi arriva
Dentro ci sono melanzane di busta congelate e riscaldate sulla piastra, zucchine che non ho assaggiato perché tagliate così grosse e cotte poco risultavano non masticabili, pomodori e una fetta come una moneta da 2 euro di formaggio.
Niente olio, niente sale, nessun condimento
Vado al banco e gli dico non sa di niente è come verdura lessa dentro una piadins
I ragazzi sembrano dispiaciuti, soprattutto la ragazza gentile voleva farne una nuova.
Gli ho detto non importa, allora lei mi condisce la piadina, il risultato non migliora di molto
Il locale non era vuoto per colpa del paninaro famoso ma semplicemente perché il cibo è scadente e nessuno fa niente per migliorare nonostante venga fatto presente.
La ristorazione non è solo un lavoro è un arte una passione.
Penso chiuderà a breve
