β β β β β Really awful! Ordered a Zinger burger and the crispy chicken tenders.... where to start...
Okay, the Zinger burger. First thing that came to mind was that it was tiny! Seriously, it's small. It's called a Zinger burger as there's supposed to be a spicy, tasty, sauce in there. That seemed to have been missed out and there wasn't even a little spiciness to it. Having lived in the UK the Zingers over there are lovely and spicy and I'm sure they're larger too. The other thing that didn't help it was that it wasn't even slightly warm and this is on a day when the temperature outside reached 38Β°c.
Now, to the crispy chicken tenders. They should be called to task under the trade description act as they definitely weren't crispy. They were, at least, hot but the chicken they were made from seemed tasteless and very stringy. There's not a lot more to be said about them as they were just boring and tasteless.
The order wasn't even particularly fast considering it's supposed to be a fast food place and they weren't particularly busy.
Really sad as this was the first KFC that we'd tried since moving to Italy and unfortunately we won't be going back.

β β β β β I have a thing for quick service and today it was so quick I barely had the time to go find a table. There were a lot of customers so I wasn't expecting to be served so fast and I really appreciated that. The cashier was nice and the food was as good as always. Keep up the good work!
