★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stefanie, the server, never made eye contact with me and was unfriendly. My 11 Euro insalata di pollo was VERY meager, came 20 minutes after ordering while the people at table next to me (who came after me) were served first. No condiments (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper) ever came, despite asking for it. I live in San Gimignano now and will never go back to Le Terrazze....

While reading other reviews it feels like there are 2 restaurants. As far as I know, don't go to the one located at the square

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We choose to have dinner on their tables at the square (in front of restaurant). The service was SLOW, we had to fetch the waiter to order food, well after ordering it took approx 40 min to get food. Grilled vegetables came in cold, the risotto was to my opinion more like rice porridge. Flavors was weak, tasteless. WORST TERRIBLE dinner during this 8 days in Italy/ Tuscuany. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is excellent and that combined with the great location would make me give this restaurant 5 stars. However, the food is terrible. The pizza was okay but the pasta was one of the poorest we have had so far. The truffle was very dry and flavourless. Not recommended unless you want to eat pizza.

Pasta dishes were tasteless . Pomodoro sauce was the worst I've ever had. Taste like watered down Heinz soup
Tagitelle al fungi - frozen tasteless mushrooms with a bland sauce
Very disappointing food
Truffle fries were good and tasty
