L'hôte est très gentille et n'hésite pas à aider et donner des conseils pour passer le meilleur séjour possible.
La chambre est propre, tout comme la salle de bain commune aux deux chambres.
Le petit déjeuner est bon, pas extraordinaire mais largement suffisant à mon avis.
La Wi-Fi est offerte et fonctionne bien.
Les chambres sont équipées d'un mini frigo très pratique, ainsi que d'un climatiseur.
On est à 15 minutes à pied de la place Saint Marc, mais de bonnes adresses peuvent être trouvées bien plus près pour manger (notamment sur les conseils de l'hôte).
Je recommande ce lieu.
Super Bed and Breakfast.
The host is very kind and does not hesitate to help and give advice to spend the best possible stay.
The room is clean, as is the bathroom shared by both rooms.
The breakfast is good, not great but more than enough in my opinion.
Wi-Fi is offered and works well.
The rooms are equipped with a practical mini-fridge as well as an air conditioner.
It's a 15-minute walk to St. Mark's Square, but good addresses can be found much closer to eating (especially on the advice of the host).
I recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clima cordiale e familiare, casa confortevole, arredata con gusto. Bella visione sul canale, dalle finestre delle camere. Luogo appartato e tranquillo, dove si vive la vita quotidiana dei veneziani. Comodità per i vaporetti, vicinanza a molta parte del patrimonio artistico della città. I padroni di casa danno volentieri indicazioni per una visita anche ai luoghi meno conosciuti di Venezia.
Friendly and family atmosphere, comfortable home, tastefully furnished. Beautiful view of the canal from the bedroom windows. A secluded and peaceful place, where the daily life of the Venetians is lived. Convenience for vaporetti, proximity to much of the city's artistic heritage. The hosts gladly give directions for a visit to the lesser known places of Venice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bring earplugs or stay away! -- The ratings for this place are VERY surprising. The rooms are tiny, ok, Venice. But sleep depriviation is something else. The owner lives ABOVE you and ANY of his movements will wake you up. At midnight or at 6 am. The rooms are next to a small canal where a motorboat will go fishing at 4 am. Etc. -- never again.
