★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo, portata la bici per registrare il cambio, finito il lavoro faccio presente un rumore proveniente dalla catena e mi dice che è da cambiare la guarnitura. Il giorno dopo mi presento per il cambio della guarnitura e dopo la sostituzione le marce non cambiano in modo corretto, dopo 4 tentativi (tra un tentativo e l'altro venivano serviti altri clienti) sbuffando mi viene detto che lui ha tanto lavoro da fare e non puo' perdere tempo. Mi rimonta la mia guarnitura e mi manda via. Ovviamente mi sono fatto restituire i soldi dell'intervento del giorno prima. Puo' essere che per cambiare una camera d'aria sia anche veloce, ma se vi serve qualcosa di più sconsiglio vivamente. Scortese e poco capace nel suo lavoro.

He reassembles my crankset and sends me away. Obviously, I got my money back for the surgery the day before. It could be that to change an inner tube it is also fast, but if you need something more I strongly advise against it. Rude and unskilled at his job.
