★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beh devo dire che come prezzi sono sicuramente concorrenziali. E'una stupidaggine ma ho comperato una camera d'aria, arrivato a casa sono subito andato a vedere quanto costa sui siti di vendita on line...sorpresa !! quasi 1,5 € in meno rispetto al miglior prezzo offerto in rete. Detta così sembra una pochezza però da 3,5€ quanto ho pagato da Silver Star a 5/6 € offerti in rete, mi sembra una bella cosa. Non in ultimo, la scelta e la varietà di prodotti in vendita è impressionante. Effettivamente l'accoglienza un pò fredda... quello è il motivo delle 4 stelle. Comunque farò ancora compere da Silver Star.
 Well I must say that the prices are certainly competitive. It's stupid but I bought an inner tube, got home and immediately went to see how much it costs on the online sales sites ... surprise !! almost € 1.5 less than the best price offered on the net. Said so it seems a little but from 3.5 € what I paid from Silver Star to 5/6 € offered on the net, it seems to me a good thing. Last but not least, the choice and variety of products on offer is impressive. Indeed, the welcome a little cold ... that is the reason for the 4 stars. However, I will still be shopping at Silver Star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale indisponente e maleducato..la bicicletta è uscita dalla fabbrica con la forcella anteriore montata al contrario e dopo che gli ho telefonato per lamentarmi mi hanno risposto che sono stato io a girare la forcella...non mi vedranno mai più e la sconsiglierò a tutti i miei conoscenti
Irritating and rude staff..the bicycle left the factory with the front fork mounted upside down and after I called them to complain they replied that it was I who turned the fork ... they will never see me again and I will advise against it. all my acquaintances

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concordo con quanto riferito da altri utenti riguardo l ineguatezza del personale: non si può e non si deve rispondere "che c...o ti compri a fare una bici da corsa se non sai di cosa stai parlando".. tenetevela pure la vostra bicicletta, sarò ben contento di andare a spendere i miei soldi da altre parti.
I agree with what other users have said about the inadequacy of the staff: you can't and shouldn't answer "that c ... or you buy yourself a racing bike if you don't know what you're talking about" .. keep yours as well bicycle, I'll be happy to go and spend my money elsewhere.

Le bici sono di buona qualità, dalle bici da corsa alle mountain bike.
Fanno davvero parte della cultura torinese, noi ragazzi degli anni '90 sognavamo la BMX o la MTB Silver Star.

Je leur ai acheté notre premier cargo bike et je dois reconnaitre que le rapport qualité prix est optimal.
