★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da settimane é impossibile contattarli telefonicamente per sapere se un prodotto(farmaco, parafarmaco o cosmetico) è disponibile così 2 volte su 3 andando di persona bisogna poi ripassare perché non disponibile (hanno sempre scorte limitate e non complete) e quindi lo devono ordinare per il giorno successivo.
Il problema telefonico immagino, spero sia temporaneo legato alle prenotazioni dei tamponi che stanno intasando le linee telefoniche e creando lunghe file ovunque...
For weeks it has been impossible to contact them by phone to find out if a product (drug, parapharmaceutical or cosmetic) is available so 2 times out of 3 going in person you have to then go back to it because it is not available (they always have limited and incomplete stocks) and therefore they have to order it for the next day.
The telephone problem I guess, I hope it is temporary linked to the reservations of the tampons that are clogging up the telephone lines and creating long lines everywhere ...

Sono molto gentili il personale. Inoltre fanno per ogni acquisto lo sconto! Sono molto forniti. Durante la osettimana molto utile l' orario continuato della farmacia. Dalla mattina alla sera. Si possono pure prenotare telefonicamente i farmaci. E' molto pulita e bene tenuta. Danno inoltre informazioni sempre utili. Consiglio a tutti. Si trova vicinissimo piazza dei Martiri in centro a Bologna zona stazione. Una caratteristica che distingue la fornitissima farmacia di Bologna che c'è sempre lo sconto sugli acquisti. Straconsiglio a tutti.

Quando ho telefonato ho sempre ricevuto una risposta e se non hanno l’immediata disponibilità di un prodotto fanno di tutto per renderlo disponibile. La farmacista Silvia, addetta al reparto cosmetico, è una persona estremamente gentile e professionale, sempre pronta a fornire consigli e far conoscere i prodotti delle molte linee di dermocosmetica presenti, anche distribuendo i campioni di prova. Applicano sempre degli sconti.
Positive experience. Polite and knowledgeable staff. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obviously there is a 3G regulation in place when taking long distance trains in Italy. I was kicked out of an empty train in Bologna at 02:00 a.m. and needed to arrange an antigen test on the next morning. The pharmacy at the train station was just asking me to move on as you needed an appointment. There aren’t any test centers around so stress and frustration increased. Sant‘Anna opened at 08:30. After explaining the situation, Elena, one of the employees, asked for the passport and tested me right away. 10 mins later I held the QR code in my hands. Price tag: 15 €. Thanks so much for helping out and solving my problem without hesitation and delay. Without you I would probably still be stuck in the hotel for another day or two…
