Peccato che la farmacista più anziana faccia regolarmente ostruzionismo e renda sempre complicata l'operazione. Un mese fa, mi ha chiesto di aspettare tre ore l'arrivo del mio medico di base comunicando di non avere nulla a mio nome: all'arrivo della dottoressa ho scoperto che la ricetta era in farmacia dal giorno precedente. Oggi si è rifiutata di lasciarmi l'impegnativa per gli esami del sangue, comunicando di non essere in possesso di una chiave che custodisce le ricette per la "legge sulla privacy" e mi ha proposto di lasciarmela al bar in serata. Tutto questo senza nemmeno accertarsi fossi davvero io l'assistita. Peccato per la scarsa professionalità e l'indisponenza di questa signora, perché la farmacia è anche molto bella e fornita. Avevo lasciato in farmacia una ricetta per prepararmi un prodotto nel loro laboratorio, hanno chiesto anche €20 di acconto. Dopo due settimane vado da loro perché non avevo ricevuto ancora il messaggio per ritirare il prodotto... arrivo là e mi dicono che la ricetta non si trova è forse e stata persa... OK....pazienza,può succedere. Secondo giorno mi mandano il messaggio che il prodotto è pronto. Arrivando là, questa signora mi dava un altro prodotto, molto più costoso, con la cura per due mesi invece di un mese dicendomi che la mia dermatologa mi ha cambiato il trattamento...cosa che non era vera. Ho contattato subito la mia dottoressa, consigliarmi di non prendere quello che mi dà la farmacista. E adesso mi sto chiedendo come è possibile una cosa del genere??! Ma questa signora, farmacista..se la possiamo chiamare così.... sta mettendo in gioco la nostra salute??! Si deve vergognare per il comportamento che ha avuto! I prezzi di prodotti da banco (come pastiglie e caramelle) sono del tutto arbitrari e a volte quasi raddoppiati rispetto a quelli di mercato, senza alcun motivo e senza che questo venga giustificato o specificato. L'interesse per la salute e la farmacologia sono pari a zero, l'unico interesse è fare profitto, anche in modo poco onesto. Sconsigliata.
