★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per me è la miglior piadineria di Bologna. L'impasto è buonissimo fatto con farina semi integrale e soprattutto fanno piadine anche per vegetariani, quindi senza strutto. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e l'ambiente è accogliente e positivo. È il posto perfetto per un pranzo veloce!
For me it is the best piadineria in Bologna. The dough is very good made with wholemeal flour and above all they make piadinas even for vegetarians, therefore without lard. The owners are very kind and the environment is welcoming and positive. It's the perfect place for a quick lunch!

Excellent piadineria in the central area. Possibility of piadina with extra virgin olive oil, for vegans but not only. I tasted the eggplant-humus version of chickpeas. Great. Very kind owners. To try.

Very good piadina, well stuffed and homemade. The only flaw is that there are only wraps with wholemeal flour.
