Volevo semplicemente sapere se tramite la tessera sanitaria era possibile verificarlo, o in alternativa sapere chi contattare per avere chiarimenti. Il farmacista a cui mi sono rivolta mi ha trattata con arroganza, dicendomi che "non ci poteva fare PROPRIO niente" ancora prima di ascoltare (e capire) la mia richiesta, mi ha anche interrotta mentre cercavo di spiegare. Capisco che lui in particolare non ci potesse fare niente e magari aveva mille altre cose da fare ma mi aspettavo un po' di professionalità nel suggerirmi almeno a chi rivolgermi. Sarebbe stato poi fantastico, dal momento che io mi sono rivolta a lui con rispetto e gentilezza, se anche lui mi avesse trattata allo stesso modo. Non posso giudicare servizi o altro ma questo sassolino dalla scarpa me lo dovevo togliere. Visto che le giornate no ce le abbiamo tutti, magari potremmo cercare di essere gentili con gli altri, basterebbe veramente poco. A maggior ragione se lavoriamo a contatto con il pubblico. I understand that he in particular could not do anything about it and maybe he had a thousand other things to do but I expected a bit of professionalism in suggesting at least who to turn to.
