Sempre ignorat* quando mi presento al bancone, nessuna formula di cortesia mi è mai stata rivolta, nessun saluto all'allontanamento dei clienti, nessun consiglio riguardo i prodotti richiesti mi è mai stato fornito. Ho per giunta assistito ad una scena veramente triste in cui, a locale vuoto eccetto me al bancone e una signora in fila, le tre farmaciste si prendevano gioco della signora che non riusciva a trovare il prodotto che desiderava sullo scaffale, anziché aiutarla. Mi è capitato più volte di assistere o essere vittima diretta di frecciatine di scherno, elargite con un'arroganza e una saccenza ridicole. Il pomeriggio ritorno e la farmacista (non era la stessa persona) mi dice che l'integratore non è arrivato. Prima mi dice di passare il giorno dopo e poi cambia idea e mi dice che non sa se arriverà, che al massimo posso chiamare io la farmacia per sapere se arriverà mai o meno. Cioè si parla di un normalissimo integratore, non di un farmaco per una malattia rara... Assurdo, perdita di tempo per me e gente inefficiente.
