β β β β β Mi son recato spesso alla Farmacia perchΓ©, utilizzando quasi ogni giorno il treno, Γ¨ in una posizione molto comoda.
E altrettanto spesso ho trovato cortesia.
Stasera perΓ² l'attenzione che ho avuto meritava una recensione.
Alcune ore fa mi son rotto le costole, e sono arrivato piuttosto dolorante in farmacia per prendere delle prime medicazioni.
Dopo essere stato servito con la consueta attenzione, faccio per avviarmi all'uscita ma mi accorgo che ho una scarpa slacciata.
Per una persona in salute non sarebbe un gran problema, ma per me che mi ero appena rotto le costole sarebbe stato un dramma piegarmi, e non faccio in tempo a capire come appoggiare la roba che avevo in mano e a come risolvere la cosa, che la farmacista che mi aveva appeno servito si Γ¨ precipitata da dietro il bancone e mi ha allacciato la scarpa.
Ora, non so voi, sarΓ che per lavoro mi occupo di Gestione Risorse Umane, ma un'attenzione del genere mi ha davvero lasciato senza parole.
Se ognuno nel suo lavoro mettesse la stessa empatia verso gli altri, credo che avremmo molti meno problemi.
Queste righe mi sono sembrate il modo migliore per rendere merito a questa persona, e spero che in qualche modo gli arrivi il mio ringraziamento.
p.s. Buttate nel cesso i vostri monopattini...
I often went to the Pharmacy because, using the train almost every day, it is in a very convenient position.
And just as often I have found courtesy.
But tonight the attention I got deserved a review.
A few hours ago I broke my ribs, and I arrived quite sore at the pharmacy to get some first medications.
After being served with the usual attention, I start to go to the exit but I realize that I have an untied shoe.
For a healthy person it wouldn't be much of a problem, but for me who had just broken my ribs it would have been a tragedy to bend over, and I don't have time to figure out how to put down the stuff I had in my hand and how to fix it. the pharmacist who had just served me rushed from behind the counter and tied my shoe.
Now, I don't know about you, it may be that for work I deal with Human Resources Management, but such attention has really left me speechless.
If everyone in their work put the same empathy towards the others, I think we would have much less problems.
These lines seemed to me the best way to give credit to this person, and I hope that somehow my thanks will reach him.
p.s. Throw your scooters down the toilet ...

β β β β β Farmacia della stazione, molto comoda perchΓ¨ aperta 24 ore su 24 tutti giorni, tipo noi che siamo usciti dal Pronto Soccorso verso le 21 e, dovevamo comperare delle medicine, sapevamo di poter venire qua, Devo dire sono competenti sanno quello che fanno.
Pharmacy at the station, very convenient because it is open 24 hours a day every day, like us who came out of the emergency room around 9 pm and, we had to buy some medicines, we knew we could come here, I have to say they are competent, they know what they do.

What can I say ... well-stocked pharmacy in the city. They always have everything you need. Working in the center is a godsend. Highly recommended. There are never too many queues because there are so many staff who are always polite and attentive.
