★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho visto la signorina entrare in negozio per il suo turno e mettersi a preparare i nostri cornetti senza guanti e senza lavarsi prima le mani. Ha messo un sottilissimo strato di crema, che non si sentiva proprio, e l'impasto del cornetto era oleoso, aveva un sapore quasi acido. Cornetti insignificanti, non ne valgono proprio la pena. Va certamente cambiato qualcosa.
I saw the young lady enter the shop for her shift and start preparing our croissants without gloves and without washing her hands first. He put a very thin layer of cream, which was not really felt, and the dough of the croissant was oily, it tasted almost sour. Insignificant croissants, just not worth it. Something must certainly be changed.
