★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great multi-service pharmacy; for skin care/homeopathic or general medicine needs, the pharmacists go above and beyond to serve you.
Have been going here for 20 years and the staff has always been consistent. Very rarely go to another pharmacy- they are the best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plenty of inventory for a pharmacy, however you should avoid Don the pharmacist. He was a jerk when I asked him about a new medication and had a terrible attitude throughout the entire interaction which made my little experience speaking Italian a disaster. Will not be back anytime soon

1. At the kiosk - Click “Tamponi non prenota” and a ticket with a # prints below screen. It should have a T#
2. Get yourself (even though u have a number) in line along the baby food. The line leads directly into the nurses station
3. Give passport/ID & pay 15 euros. Swab.
4. Go back to kiosk & print “Escito Green Pass” … There’s a small room up front near kiosk where she’ll print your results within 15 min

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taking a rapid test took 3 hours. Unacceptable. The gentleman at the front was very nice and helpful but everyone else took forever - half the time they couldn’t even find what they were looking for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday around 150 people have waited 6 to 7 hours outside in the cold to get a test. SEVEN HOURS STANDING IN THE COLD, how is this even possible! This is not entirely Lloyds fault as it is unacceptable that all other pharmacies are closed during a pandemic on a sunday. Other than that I'm having a hard time believing that Lloyds did everything they could, having only 1-2 people performing the tests and one person printing the certificates (this step took another hour and a half?!). Also the first four hours the security guy did not communicate with any of us, impossible to know how much waiting time was left or whether we were actually still gonna get a test. This entire thing was a dangerous fiasco! dangerous why? because standing in a cold AND in a crowd in these times is pretty much the recipe to get sick. Other than the fact that we lost an entire day of our lives. So thank you for the effort but please do better!
