Ho iniziato il percorso li questa primavera.. fatti i vari esami da loro e ad oggi dopo due settimane che contatto la dottoressa Marzetti non ho ricevuto risposta! Chiamo il laboratorio e raramente rispondono.. segretarie scocciate! Visite della durata di un quarto d ora.. Spesi piu di 400€ da Aprile ad oggi e questo è il trattamento verso il paziente! Strongly not recommended! I started the journey there this spring .. made the various exams from them and today after two weeks I contact Dr. Marzetti I have not received an answer! I call the laboratory and they rarely answer .. annoyed secretaries! Visits lasting a quarter of an hour .. Spent more than 400 € from April to today and this is the treatment for the patient!

Alla fine non è arrivato nemmeno venerdì. No risposta al telefono in orario di chiamate; no risposta a whatsapp in orario di contatto whatsapp. Ottimo supporto alla clientela! I brought a urine sample at 8.30 on Wednesday morning. Result promised for Friday, but I am told that it will arrive with almost certainty on Thursday. In the end it didn't even arrive on Friday. No answer on the phone during calls; no response to whatsapp during whatsapp contact time. Excellent customer support!

Sono molto soddisfatta del servizio in quanto non bisogna andare di persona per ritirare il risultato e soprattutto si possono prenotare gli esami anche on line. Personale gentile, gli esami e la consulenza della dottoressa mi hanno risolto un problema. l	laura poggi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima, poca attitudine al paziente, estrema leggerezza da parte dell'accettazione tanto che si sono sbagliati e hanno fatto a mio figlio 2 prelievi a distanza di 20 minuti uno dall'altro scusandosi per l'errore. Mi hanno mandata via senza le credenziali per accedere ai referti, sempre per la leggerezza di cui sopra e al momento sono ancora in attesa di capire come fare per vedere questi esami che non sono propriamente economici. Ho trovato collaborazione e gentilezza telefonica. È arrivato tutto a casa in due giorni con all interno un piccolo manuale con spiegazioni dettagliate su come utilizzare ogni singola provetta. Eseguito il tutto, essendo in estate con 35 gradi , ho pensato di non affidare al corriere la consegna ma di portarlo di persona al laboratorio..previa telefonata e anche qui immensa collaborazione. Personale poco attento, non mi hanno neanche chiesto un documento di identità. Prelievo eseguito con siringa, senza lavaggio delle mani (tra l'altro senza guanti) ed estrema difficoltà nel trovare la vena (intoltre il sangue stava letteralmente uscendo fuori dal punto di inserzione dell'ago). Lasciando stare il livido che ho già e il male al braccio... Per la cifra che ho dovuto pagare mi aspettavo quanto meno un'assistenza nettamente superiore. Bad experience. € 162 spent for a blood sample from a single tube (60 food intolerance). Staff not very attentive, they did not even ask me for an identity document. Sampling performed with a syringe, without washing the hands (among other things without gloves) and extreme difficulty in finding the vein (in addition, the blood was literally coming out of the point of insertion of the needle).
