P	Paola Bernetti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da evitare: sono lenti ed è caro. Esame urine consegnato dopo 4 giorni senza antibiogramma perché le urine risultavano contaminate. Io però le ho raccolte correttamente, da mittente intermedio, e direttamente nel bicchierino sterile. Poi loro fanno travasi per la spedizione a Padova.... Pessima esperienza: non sapevo che antibiotico prendere. Perso tempo e soldi: che era positivo lo avevo già capito dai sintomi. Avoid: they are slow and expensive. Urinalysis delivered after 4 days without an antibiogram because the urine was contaminated. However, I collected them correctly, from an intermediate sender, and directly in the sterile glass. Then they make decanting for the expedition to Padua .... Bad experience: I didn't know which antibiotic to take. I lost time and money: I had already understood from the symptoms that it was positive.
F	Fede D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho provato a telefonare diverse volte tra le 10 e le 13 (ovvero nella fascia oraria nella quale il centralino telefonico dovrebbe essere attivo, come specificato anche dal risponditore automatico) per avere alcune informazioni riguardanti un esame di laboratorio; inutile dire che ho passato complessivamente mezz'ora in attesa di una risposta che non è mai arrivata. Ho provato anche ad inviare una mail per cercare di avere tali informazioni e in questo modo sono stato ricontattato e ho ottenuto tutte le informazioni di cui avevo bisogno. E' in uno di questi casi più difficili che ho avuto modo di apprezzare il personale di questo laboratorio, la cui professionalità non attenua il sorriso e la gentilezza. Il servizio è stato impeccabile e veloce oltre ad ogni aspettativa.
