In base alla sua richiesta motivo il mio commento:nella saletta dove sono stata accolta per il prelievo c'erano diverse goccioline di sangue di un precedente paziente, sul pavimento, laccio, e lettino. Il laccio è stato sostituito e le macchie sul pavimento coperte con della carta. Inoltre dopo diversi tentativi di pulsazione su entrambe le braccia non si è riusciti a trovare la vena (nonostante non abbia mai avuto problemi di questo genere in altre occasioni di prelievo). L'unico tentativo di prelievo non è andato a buon fine. L'operatore ha chiesto supporto per il prelievo, ed è arrivata la signorina che c'era all'accettazione, ma onestamente essendo trascorsi all'incirca 10 minuti e data la situazione di insicurezza da parte dell'operatore ho deciso di andarmene non sentendomi al sicuro. Trovo inaccettabile essere accolta in un ambiente non del tutto pulito, capisco che può succedere ma prima di far accomodare un nuovo paziente è opportuno accertarsi che tutto sia pulito. Mi è stata rimborsata subito la somma ma questa esperienza non mi invita nel ritornare. I did not find myself well at all. I will definitely not go back there again. The operator asked for support for the collection, and the young lady who was there at the reception arrived, but honestly, having passed about 10 minutes and given the situation of insecurity on the part of the operator, I decided to leave not feeling at the Safe. I find it unacceptable to be welcomed in an environment that is not completely clean, I understand that it can happen but before accommodating a new patient it is advisable to make sure that everything is clean. I was immediately refunded the sum but this experience does not invite me to return.
