Anche nella fase di installazione sono venute 2 persone competenti e specializzate, molto cordiali e premurosi di coprire tutti gli arredi dalla polvere (peraltro dotati anche di un loro aspirapolvere!). Sono molto soddisfatto della scelta e consiglierei senz'altro Eurocasa Bologna a chi me lo dovesse chiedere! Bravi! L'installazione del condizionatore poi è stata eseguita a regola d'arte e con estrema pulizia. Bravi! Sono entrato perché vicino casa, e ho trovato uno staff di persone altamente competenti e disponibili per l'installazione di una caldaia a condensazione presso la mia casa nuova. Premesso che sono consapevole di essere un rompi---------, puntiglioso e curioso nel vedere cosa stavano facendo, praticamente l'incubo di ogni operatore che viene a lavorare nella mia abitazione. Sono arrivati, hanno coperto tutto in modo da non sporcare nulla (nonostante la casa fosse ancora un cantiere semi-aperto) e hanno lavorato puliti ed educati assecondando ogni mia richiesta. Sono tornati dopo qualche giorno a montare il cronotermostato, e lo abbiamo montato e configurato assieme, è stato un vero piacere. Ci tornerei mille volte (e ci tornerò quando sostituirò i condizionatori sicuramente). Consiglio di parlare con Andrea, persona davvero simpatica e disponibile. 6 stars would be the minimum. Mi è stato chiesto di andare su appuntamento, di portare progetto e planimetrie, fatto. Non c'è stato modo di avere un supporto tecnico, ho richiesto più volte di darmi delle soluzioni, la risposta è stato più volte "noi non garantiamo" , cosa significa che non garantisce un proprio lavoro? Me lo chiedo da un mese e devo ancora capirlo... Aggiornamento: dopo la recensione è arrivato il preventivo, modifico il giudizio e porto a 2 stelle, la mia esperienza rimane non positiva, ho trovato poca empatia e scarse risposte, oltre ad un grosso ritardo nel preventivo che a portato a considerare altre soluzioni Knowing how to inform and know how to sell is another thing.
