★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NON ANDARE QUA PER EFFETTUARE LA VOLTURA—ho passato un mezz’ora seguendo il processo per effettuare la voltura, poi alla fine mi è stato detto che sarei stato OBBLIGATO a sottoscrivere una polizza assicurativa e pagare 13 euro al mese per UN ANNO se avessi voluto effettuare la voltura. Altrimenti, avrei dovuto annullare il processo su cui avevo passato l'ultima mezz'ora di lavoro e ricominciare da capo chiamando il numero verde, che non richiede la sottoscrizione della polizza. La giustificazione? Nessuna. Semplicemente ti richiedono di sottoscrivere questa polizza inutile perché immaginano che se vieni di persona e passi il tempo a cercare di cambiare l'intestazione alla fine ti avranno all'amo e tu cederai e li pagherai di più. Un INGANNO completo e totale, praticamente un'estorsione. La parte peggiore è che ti prendono in giro per tutto il tempo senza la decenza basilare di avvisarti in anticipo che c'è una tassa obbligatoria di 156€ se fai la voltura in negozio. Quand'è che l'arte della vendita è diventata l’arte della truffa? Credo che sia sempre stato così...
DON'T GO HERE TO MAKE THE TRANSFER - I spent half an hour following the process of making the transfer, then in the end I was told that I would be OBLIGED to take out an insurance policy and pay 13 euros a month for ONE YEAR if I wanted to carry out the transfer. Otherwise, I would have had to cancel the process I had spent the last half hour working on and start over by calling the toll-free number, which does not require a policy. The justification? None. They simply require you to take out this useless policy because they imagine that if you come in person and spend the time trying to change the header they will eventually hook you and you will give in and pay them more. A complete and utter DECEPTION, practically extortion. The worst part is that they make fun of you all the time without the basic decency of warning you in advance that there is a mandatory fee of € 156 if you shop at the store. When did the art of selling become the art of scam? I think it has always been like this ...

Sono stata accolta molto benevolmente dalla simpatica ma anche molto professionale Antonina.
Mi ha spiegato tutto in maniera molto esauriente e, sono rimasta veramente molto contenta e soddisfatta.

Il personale mi ha accolto in maniera professionale e gentile dandomi tutte le informazioni di cui avevo bisogno. I went to the Eni store in Bologna to find out about a contract with them for gas and electricity. The staff welcomed me in a professional and kind way giving me all the information I needed. Notably, they also told me how to find the infamous PDR code and saved me a lot of work. I'm really glad I went straight to them without wasting time on the phone.
