Ho chiesto informazione sulle tariffe e l'operatore era stufo e gesticolava.
Dovevamo andare in due allo sportello e non era possibile, trattati come impestati.
L'unica cosa importante per loro era disinfettare le mani!
Lo sportello chiudeva alle 15.00 senza opportunità di prendere un appuntamento in un altro orario.
Incompetent and rude operators
I asked about the rates and the operator was fed up and gesticulated.
We had to go to the counter in two and it was not possible, treated like infested.
The only thing that mattered to them was to disinfect their hands!
The counter closed at 3pm with no opportunity to make an appointment at another time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MI sono rivolto spesso a questo sportello e ho sempre trovato cortesia ed efficienza nel cercare la soluzione migliore per i problemi presentati. I tempi di attesa sono ragionevoli. E con gli enti pubblici non ho certo il "like" facile. Il luogo è sempre stato pulito e ben tenuto e soprattutto in epoca covid sono particolarmente attenti al rispetto delle norme. Quindi bisogna presentarsi con la mascherina, igienizzarsi le mani e attenersi alle indicazioni.
I have often turned to this desk and have always found courtesy and efficiency in seeking the best solution for the problems presented. Waiting times are reasonable. And with public bodies I certainly do not have an easy "like". The place has always been clean and well maintained and especially in the covid era they are particularly attentive to compliance with the rules. So you have to show up with the mask, sanitize your hands and follow the instructions.
