Highly qualified staff with extraordinary professionalism and kindness. They have respected the time of appointment and the exams have been delivered to me in the established times. I was really satisfied. I'll be back when I have more blood tests done.

Prezzo ottimo per il sierologico, non come la maggior parte dei laboratori di analisi di Bologna che ti ladrano sul prezzo (che sarebbe stato indicato dal Ministero della Salute...) Painless pickup, nice staff. Excellent price for serological, not like most of the analysis laboratories in Bologna that steal from you on the price (which would have been indicated by the Ministry of Health ...)

Ho fatto un prelievo e l'infermiere è stato veramente bravo. Hanno rispettato anche i termine di consegna del referto. Excellent structure, efficient, serious and professional staff. Convenient to the bus. Price.in.norm. very attentive to anti Covid regulations. I took a blood sample and the nurse was really good. They also respected the delivery deadlines for the report.

Ti chiedono il motivo per cui fai le analisi e fanno i saccenti quando rispondi che vuoi fare delle analisi di routine controbattendo che bisogna essere più specifici, e poi quando esponi i tuoi sintomi o campanelli d'allarme ti rispondono malamente dicendo che non sono dei medici. Tutto ciò alle 8 in punto di mattina quindi non c'è neanche la scusa della stanchezza a fine giornata. Non lo consiglio per niente. Friendliness is not at home in this polyclinic. The staff are arrogant and don't put you at ease. They ask you why you do the tests and they are knowledgeable when you answer that you want to do routine tests countering that you have to be more specific, and then when you expose your symptoms or alarm bells they respond badly by saying that they are not doctors . All this at 8 o'clock in the morning so there is not even the excuse of tiredness at the end of the day. I don't recommend it at all.

Unico punto dove trovare posto auto è stato in un parcheggio a pagamento (staveco). The staff is kind and knowledgeable. Painless withdrawal. The laboratory is in an easy access point, but it is technically impossible to park. The only place to find a parking space was in a paid parking lot (staveco).

Precisi nel rispetto degli appuntamenti (per me che sono purtroppo assiduo frequentatore di ospedali e poliambulatori, una vera rarità), rapidi nella restituzione dei risultati. Di recente, per questioni puramente tecniche (ero senz'auto e abito lontano dal Sant'Antonio), ho sperimentato altre strutture simili trovando meno competenza, nessuna precisione e davvero scarsa professionalità rispetto a quelle incontrate qui. Per quello che mi riguarda posso solo dire che vale la pena di spostarsi per raggiungerli. Il Parcheggio Staveco nelle vicinanze è un plus: è a pagamento ma, del resto, dove si parcheggia gratis a Bologna? I found courtesy and competence, as well as a lot of availability. Accurate in respecting the appointments (for me who unfortunately are a frequent visitor to hospitals and outpatient clinics, a real rarity), quick in returning the results. Recently, for purely technical reasons (I was without a car and I live far from Sant'Antonio), I experimented with other similar structures, finding less competence, no precision and very little professionalism than those encountered here. As far as I'm concerned I can only say that it is worth traveling to reach them. The Staveco car park nearby is a plus: it is paid but, after all, where can you park for free in Bologna?
