★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo recati due volte ad effettuare un prelievo del sangue ed in entrambe i casi i risultati, che ci avevano detto sarebbero stati pronti dopo un giorno lavorativo, sono stati disponibili nel dossier dopo ben una settimana! Poco trasparenti nella gestione e lenti per essere un laboratorio privato e quindi a pagamento.
We went twice to take a blood sample and in both cases the results, which we were told would be ready after one working day, were available in the dossier after a full week! Not very transparent in management and slow to be a private and therefore paid laboratory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non si riesce a telefonare. Nel mio dossier mancano gli esami fatti tempo fa. Ho scritto all'assistenza ormai da due settimane, dicendo che era urgente averli e non ho ottenuto niente. Prezzi bassi, ma documentazione pessima!
Can't call. My dossier lacks the exams made some time ago. I have been writing to support for two weeks now, saying it was urgent to have them and I got nothing. Low prices, but bad documentation!

avevo una visita pneumologica prenotata alle 18 (19 settembre), mi sono presentato alle 17.45, e fin qui tutto ok. Peccato che il medico con cui dovevo fare la visita si è completamente scordato dell'appuntamento e molto carinamente me l'hanno detto alle 18.45, promettendomi di richiamarmi per un nuovo appuntamento.
siamo al 7 di ottobre e ancora non si è fatto sentire nessuno, e se provo a chiamare si fanno completamente di nebbia.

I had a pneumological visit booked at 6pm (19 September), I showed up at 5.45pm, and so far everything was ok. It is a pity that the doctor with whom I had to visit was completely forgotten about the appointment and very nicely they told me at 6.45 pm, promising to call me back for a new appointment.
we are at the 7th of October and no one has yet been heard, and if I try to call, they are completely foggy.
you must have more respect for customers, be ashamed
