Nelle occasioni di massima urgenza, in particolare, ho riscontrato molta velocità nella consegna dei referti, professionalità e sensibilità da parte del personale. Il centro è facile da contattare via telefono oppure via mail, lo consiglio vivamente a tutti coloro che hanno bisogno di analisi o visite mediche di diverso genere. I have contacted the Outpatient Clinic and Analysis Laboratory several times in recent years and have always been satisfied with both the medical staff and the secretarial staff who are always courteous and punctual. In the most urgent occasions, in particular, I found a lot of speed in the delivery of the reports, professionalism and sensitivity on the part of the staff. The center is easy to contact by phone or email, I highly recommend it to all those who need analysis or medical examinations of different kinds.

La dottoressa che mi ha fatto il prelievo è stata fantastica (non ho sentito nulla quando ha inserito l'ago) e anche l'altro dottore molto gentile. Al contrario, la persona che mi ha fatta pagare è stata abbastanza sgarbata e rispondeva alle mie domande in tono scocciato. Quando ho chiamato per prenotare, la ragazza al telefono manco sapeva dirmi se erano in grado di fami tutte le analisi della ricetta. Inoltre, prima di recarmi per fare il prelievo avevo chiamato una seconda volta per chiedere informazioni riguardo una voce della prescrizione che riguardava le urine, e non sono stati in grado di dirmi che dovevo fare la raccolta di una giornata invece che il solito barattolino... Ma quella voce l'ho pagata comunque quindi mi tocca tornare di nuovo per far fare quella analisi. Inoltre è IMPOSSIBILE parlare al telefono con qualcuno. Ci sono giorni in cui ho chiamato più volte e sono stata in attesa fino a 20 min e oltre e nessuno ha risposto. Ho dovuto chiamare tantissime vole per prenotare e chiedere l'informazione di cui sopra. È totalmente INACCETTABILE come cosa (soprattutto per chi non ci abita vicino e quindi non può andare a chiedere di persona), dovrebbero vergognarsi. Anche perché ormai nel 2022 è assurdo non poter chiedere informazioni ALMENO al telefono e avere risposta. Delusa. I went to this laboratory for blood tests. The doctor who took my blood sample was fantastic (I didn't feel anything when she inserted the needle) and the other doctor was also very nice. On the contrary, the person who charged me was quite rude and answered my questions in an annoyed tone. When I called to book, the girl on the phone could not even tell me if they were able to do all the analysis of the recipe. Also, before going to get the blood sample I had called a second time to ask for information about a prescription item concerning urine, and they were unable to tell me that I had to collect a day instead of the usual jar. But I paid for that item anyway so I have to go back again to have that analysis done. It is also IMPOSSIBLE to talk to someone on the phone. There are days when I have called multiple times and been on hold for up to 20 min or more and no one answered. I had to call many times to book and ask for the above information. It is totally UNACCEPTABLE as a thing (especially for those who do not live near it and therefore cannot go and ask in person), they should be ashamed. Also because now in 2022 it is absurd not to be able to ask for information AT LEAST on the phone and have an answer. Disappointed.
