Consiglio questo laboratorio vivamente per chi come me non ha il tempo ne la voglia di attendere mesi per sottoporsi a degli analisi di routine. Personale efficiente e gentilissimo. I highly recommend this laboratory for those like me who do not have the time or the desire to wait months to undergo routine analyzes. Efficient and very kind staff.

Un complimento particolare alle infermiere che da inizio pandemia sono sempre presenti con il sorriso al presidio tamponi nonostante la situazione sicuramente non facile. Non c'è adeguata sala di attesa e si fa la fila sulle scale. Due stelle solo grazie alla cortesia delle addette al servizio. Aggiorno la mia recensione di due giorni fa: sono stato contattato dal laboratorio, mi hanno chiesto scusa per l'accaduto, dato spiegazioni sui problemi di quella mattina ed in fine inviato un voucher di sconto per una futura analisi. Di questi tempi la trovo una cosa encomiabile e degna di nota, mai successa in precedenza. Grazie per la serietà dimostrata. I referti sono arrivati on line nei tempi previsti. Il telefono squilla all'infinito e al massimo c'è una risposta automatica che ti riporta sempre all'inizio Absolutely not recommended because as long as you book and pay for the service everything is fine but, if you have to contact them because on two reports you have received one they will not be found. Dimostrano poca disponibilità verso il cliente, l'unica cosa che sanno dire "mandi una email" non tenendo conto che persone di un certa età non sono molte tecnologiche. A onor del vero c'è da dire che gli unici che si salvano sono i tecnici e quelli che fanno i prelievi. Spero che questo commento sia letto dai titolari dell'azienda e che facciano fare un corso di Bon Ton a chi risponde al telefono, conforme ad un laboratorio d'analisi che si fa pagare profumatamente i propri servizi. Pronto a cancellare il commento se viene data una risposta non di circostanza ma realistica e in linea con i standard di qualità del vostro centro. I dati di accesso mi sono stati inviati il giorno seguente peccato che ad oggi( 07/01) ancora non esiste alcun referto disponibile. La fila per fare il tampone è all'ingresso/uscita principale e diverse persone non rispettano il distanziamento. Chiamandoli telefonicamente ti rispondono con molta calma dopo svariate telefonate Le tempistiche per lo svolgimento della prestazione è stata fatta con ordine e abbastanza velocemente. Se si riesce ad organizzarsi senza la loro area utente potrebbe essere una struttura accettabile I made a molecular swab on 03/01.
