Si entra uno alla volta con la mascherina. Ordino alcuni salumi che la sig.ra diligentemente coi guanti affetta....Ottimo...chiedo il conto è mi accingo a pagare ma vedo che con gli stessi guanti coi quali mi aveva affettato i salumi prende i miei soldi e mi dà il resto...complimenti la vecchia malga neanche fosse un negozietto di poco conto.Norme igieniche da terzo mondo....inutile dire che ho lasciato lì tutto quanto.....certo cari signori risparmiate pure sul personale e sulle risorse ma sicuramente alla vecchia malga famiglia chiari non tornerò assolutamente. Lorenzo; la sua simpatia e la sua Juventinità è davvero coinvolgente. Prezzi un tantino superiori alla media ma ritengo pienamente giustificati dalla qualità dei prodotti. Excellent meats and cheeses. Certainly the best of Bolognese and Emilia Romagna gastronomy. Very competent, kind and helpful Mr. Lorenzo; his sympathy and his Juventinity is truly engaging. Prices a little above average but I believe fully justified by the quality of the products.

Inoltre il signore che mi ha servito è stato veramente antipatico. Sembrava quasi mi stesse facendo un piacere nel servirmi. Rispondendo alle mie domande sui prodotti in maniera scocciata. Inoltre il san daniele che mi ha dato era super salato e sapeva di vecchio. Mai più ! Dei restanti 300 e passa € spesi per ora ho assaggiato solo la crema al tartufo bianco e i formaggi, molto buoni. La crema al tartufo vale la sua spesa, così come i dolci. Però se mi vendi un vino a 20€ e vale meno di quello dell'Esselunga che costa 2€ fai fatica a far si che io mi fidi di voi. Peccato! Mi sento cattivo ma se mi prendi in giro non puoi pretendere molto If the Vecchia Malga, San Giovese Superiore wine is worth € 20, I sing and dance like Madonna. Non lo fa male, ma non aggiunge nulla di suo. Talvolta ho visto anche persone diverse, dipende. Altro punto dolente che temo afflicca tutta la catena è la mozzarella, soprattutto quella di bufala. anni fa era proprio buona e quando aprirono si andava anche a zola predosa a prenderla. Adesso preferisco persino quella della coop, il che lascia capire quanto il prodotto sia calato. Non penso di prenderla utleriormente, davvero è preferibile il banco frigo. I salumi sono ancora buoni, i formaggi ne prendo solo alcuni perchè a parte i freschi, da ricotta a squacquerone e soprattutto la burrata, buona, scamorze molto buone, gli altri sono tutti pecorino-centrici e a parte metterlo sulla pasta, talvolta, non lo mangio. Hanno uno yogurt greco buonissimo ma è da ordinare e solo in confezione da kg (anni fa, quando c'era il sign Lorenzo, ne sporzionava anche 500g, forse sono cambiate le politiche o forse lo faceva di sua iniziativa). Comunque quello è sempre ottimo. Continuo ad andarci perchè mi è comodo ma prendo solo alcune cose.
