S	Salvo Faragone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima, andato per fare un tampone rapido al costo di 25 euro poiché risultato positivo sono stato costretto a pagarne altri 50 per effettuare il tampone molecolare, con un risultato negativo, precludendomi la possibilità di farlo tramite l’asp gratuitamente, sottolinenando inoltre che mi hanno rilasciato i referti dopo svariati solleciti, ho visto poca professionalità, volta più ad una questione di lucro, SCIACALLAGGIO PURO!!! Il personale all'accettazione risponde al telefono e prepara anche i referti, questo spesso blocca l'accettazione di chi arriva. Non è facile riuscire a parlare con qualcuno all'ingresso per avere informazioni proprio perché fra telefonate e la calca di persone davanti al bancone la cosa diventa ardua. Non sempre si riesce a rispettare l'ordine di arrivo a motivo della confusione generata. In alcuni momenti chiamano i numeri velocemente e non rare volte si salta il turno se non si è così veloci o vicini al bancone per segnalare la presenza, altre volte il tabellone ha saltato inspiegabilmente dei numeri e devi protestare per fare rispettare il tuo turno. Note positive: Ci sono due signori che fanno da spoletta fra le sale prelievi e l'accettazione con cui si riesce a parlare e risolvere eventuali problemi. Le dottoresse ai prelievi sono davvero brave, competenti e gentili Concludendo: Se non hai fretta e puoi perdere una mattina per un esame, qui trovi dei bravi medici.
