Per effettuare un'operazione basilare sono dovuto tornare ben 3 volte e quindi rispettare le file di 30 minuti a causa dei pareri discordanti fra il numero verde e quest'ultimi. Infine il servizio clienti online aveva ragione e hanno capito il problema. È stato necessario dire di volermi rivolgere al direttore della banca per lamentarmi della loro incompetenza per ricevere il servizio adatto. Dopo aver concluso l'operazione il direttore si è scusato per la gestione da parte dei colleghi. Bad customer service from managers at checkout. Incompetent!
