Ho appena provato a prenotare una rx con assicurazione (pratica già approvata dalla mia assicurazione alla quale ho inviato tutta la documentazione richiesta, dalla diagnosi alla richiesta del medico fisiatra). A telefono con una operatrice inesperta mi e’ stato richiesto di inviare nuovamente la richiesta. Quando ho obiettato che la richiesta era già stata mandata all’assicurazione (senza la quale non avrei avuto approvazione alla rx) sono stata tacciata di essere “una gatta da pelare”, “una grana”, “una che voleva venire domani perché e’ il suo giorno libero”, “una che non vuole mandare la documentazione”, “una che si deve contare fino a mille prima di parlare con me perché faccio venire i nervi”. Tutti questi simpatici epiteti mentre il telefono era poggiato e ho sentito tutto (consiglio la modalità Mute la prossima volta). Andrò a fare la mia rx in altra struttura, dove ascoltino (soprattutto se mancanti di esperienza) perché tutto quello che ho detto e’ stato completamente frainteso e rimodulato. Veramente incredibile, mai avuto a che fare con gente del genere. Sconsiglierò vivamente a tutti. I put a star because zero stars cannot be added. I will go and do my x-ray in another facility, where they listen (especially if they lack experience) because everything I have said has been completely misunderstood and remodeled. Really unbelievable, never had anything to do with people like that. I will strongly advise against everyone.

Assumendo questo atteggiamento non credo facciano l'interesse dello studio....li ringrazio...ma se questa è la cura che hanno per l'utenza già al telefono...figuriamoci se è il caso di affidare loro le proprie questioni di salute...non ci penso proprio. Ricordo che dall' obbligo della certificazione verde sono esplicitamente esclusi gli studi medici, poliambulatori, ambulatori diagnostici. Si è reso necessario chiamare i carabinieri perché quella specie di impiegata all'ingresso si è rifiutata di porgere il referto, cosa che avrebbe dovuto fare, così come era stato riferito alla paziente. Ignoranza dilagante, posto da evitare a pie' pari. Non meritano i soldi che il SSN versa per le prestazioni dei pazienti in esenzione. M	Matteo Privitera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo mi trovo a dover recensire con 1 stella perché, non ho potuto constatare l'efficienza del servizio, in quanto non mi hanno fatto la risonanza magnetica perché superavo i 110 kg (a loro detta limite massimo) pesando io 116,50. Ora, io non contesto il fatto che non si possa "sforare" con il peso, ma almeno telefonicamente ditelo! No che dopo 2 mesi di attesa sono punto e a capo! Poi richiamo per farmi annullare la richiesta medica e trovo sempre la segreteria, lascio un messaggio e nessuno mi da conferme... Sconsigliato! 1 stella è generosa. E	Emanuele Distefano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho messo una stella perché non potevo mettere meno , mia moglie ha fatto una risonanza magnetica con e senza mezzo di contrasto a pagamento ( cervello ,collo e maxillo facciale) al costo di 702,00 A gennaio ben 2 neurologi anno visto le immagini e anno confermato quanto era scritto nei referti rilasciati dal laboratorio, niente di serio tutto ok. intanto mia moglie va avanti a visite,medicinale e sofferenze, oggi siamo stati a fare una visita nel 3° neurologo che ha controllato le stesse immagini, 702 immagini e mi ha detto che la risonanza magnetica non è stata fatta bene, il mezzo di contrasto in certi punti tipo il seno cavernoso dove si sospetta un problema non c'è traccia di mezzo di contrasto quindi devo rifare la risonanza magnetica . Complimenti al Dottore che a fatto la risonanza magnetica a mia moglie, ci ha fatto perdere 3 mesi di tempo prezioso ,spero a Dio che possiamo risolvere il problema. Apparte la scompetenza medica il personale di ricezione e soprattutto la responsabile sono stati molto scortesi.
