Coppola in quanto la paziente che ho portato necessitava di sedia a rotelle e il Dottore ci ha assistito per tutto il tempo Today I went to your studio and was satisfied with both the reception but above all the collaboration received from Dr. Coppola as the patient I brought needed a wheelchair and the Doctor assisted us all the time

P	Patrizia Anastasi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono trovata bene in questo centro fino a quando un giorno ho chiamato verso le 14.30 perchè avevo dimenticato di chiedere un documento e sono stata rimproverata con scortesia da un'impiegata che ha alzato la voce facendo insinuazioni infondate e replicando ad ogni mio tentativo di parlare con un livore incomprensibile. Alla fine ho lasciato parlare e ho chiesto che rilsciassero il documento alla persona che avevo incaricato e la signora ha detto che avrebbe parlato col medico. La persona incaricata si è presentata e nessuno sapeva nulla della mia richiesta e quindi ha dovuto rispiegare tutto e attendere che fosse rilasciato il documento. I found myself well in this center until one day I called around 14.30 because I had forgotten to ask for a document and I was reproached with rudeness by an employee who raised her voice by making unfounded insinuations and replying to my every attempt to speak with an incomprehensible envy. J	José Coco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato per l'accoglienza. Ho fatto un esame pochi giorni fa ed essendo in pausa pranzo non ho trovato nessuna persona in attesa e mi sono sbrigato in 10 minuti. Ho ritirato i risultati dopo 3 giorni e ho trovato una persona all' accoglienza molto sgorbutica. Appena sono entrato ho trovato un signore in attesa che non so da quanto tempo aspettava e questa signora dietro il bancone che chiacchierava tranquillamente con un altra collega; poi finalmente questo signore è stato servito e ha avuto discussioni che non sto a raccontare. Comunque il discorso è che ho dovuto aspettare 17 minuti per ritirare un pezzo di carta che comportava un operazione di 40 secondi sempre perché ho dovuto chiedere di farmi andare via altrimenti sarei rimasto chissà quanto. Questa signora non è assolutamente adatta a ricevere il pubblico.... Too bad for the reception. I did an exam a few days ago and being on a lunch break, I didn't find anyone waiting and I hurried in 10 minutes. I withdrew the results after 3 days and found a very gracious host person. As soon as I entered I found a gentleman waiting that I don't know how long he waited and this lady behind the counter who was chatting quietly with another colleague; then finally this gentleman was served and had discussions that I'm not telling. However, the argument is that I had to wait 17 minutes to pick up a piece of paper that involved a 40-second operation because I had to ask to let me go, otherwise I would have been wondering how long. This lady is definitely not fit to receive the public ....

Orari di prenotazione dati completamente differenti da quelli in cui si accede al servizio. Appuntamento dato alle 15 per poi essere ricevuti alle 16. A giudicare dal sovraffollamento di persone che c'era, sicuramente non eravamo gli unici ad avere lo stesso orario di prenotazione. Luogo da evitare assolutamente. Bad organization especially in this moment of health emergency. Full waiting room. Data booking times completely different from those in which the service is accessed. Appointment given at 3pm to be received at 4pm. Judging by the overcrowding of people there, we certainly weren't the only ones with the same booking time. Place to be avoided absolutely.
C	Concè on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quasi impossibile prenotare per telefono, dopo 4 giorni di chiamate finalmente si è riusciti a prenotare per una visita cardiologia ad una persona di 75 anni. Dopodiché il tempo della visita equivale totalmente all'opposto del tempo che si impiega per prenotare cioè 5 minuti, il tempo di un elettrocardiogramma ed un arrivederci. Conclusione, prego continui con la cura che gli avevano prescritto, arrivederci. Ovviamente non ritorneremo. Almost impossible to book by phone, after 4 days of calls it was finally possible to book a cardiology visit to a 75-year-old person. After that the time of the visit is totally equivalent to the time it takes to book, that is 5 minutes, the time of an electrocardiogram and a goodbye. Conclusion, please continue with the treatment they had prescribed, goodbye. We will obviously not be returning.
