Avevo prenotato una TAC in tempo per andare a visita, il risultato è che devo andare a farla d'urgenza a pagamento altrove perchè me l'hanno spostata due volte, dicono che si è guastato lo strumento... ma non sono riusciti neanche ad avvertirmi prima che io andassi di persona al centro nonostante i recapiti telefonici lasciati! Experience to forget! Bad organization, zero professionalism. Non mi è sembrato di riscontrare alcuna empatia da parte del front office né disponibilità a venire incontro alle esigenze di una persona che va da loro solo perché sta male. Sensazione di essere considerato come oggetto utile solo se fa guadagnare in tempi rapidi e senza complicazioni altrimenti vada via. Personal experience to forget from a human point of view. Vorrei avere una risposta grazie. Io ho trovato professionalità, ordine, adeguata puntualità, macchinari moderni. Dopo l' esame sono stata ancora controllata con attenzione dal dottore per sua meticolosità e lo stesso mi ha spiegato chiaramente tutto. Mi è stato anche consegnato subito il referto.
