Ho chiamato un altro studio "DIENE" mi hanno risposto subito e prenotato domani. Excessive crowding in the waiting room (I counted 23 people between sitting and standing). Doctor / client relationship with little empathy.
S	Salvatore Maccarrone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai Più!!!!! 2 visite angiologiche con ecodoppler in 15 minuti io e mia moglie referti uguali per problemi diversi, nessuna visita nonostante pagata ma solo ecodoppler senza avere nessun chiarimento. Dottoressa sgarbata e con molta fretta di sbrigare gli altri pazienti dopo di noi. Visita ed ecodoppler da rifare in altra struttura più seria. Never again!!!!! 2 angiologic visits with ecodoppler in 15 minutes my wife and I have the same reports for different problems, no visit despite being paid but only ecodoppler without having any clarification. Rude doctor and in a hurry to attend to the other patients after us. Visit and ecodoppler to be redone in another more serious structure.

Ho incontrato oggi una dott. scortese e priva di capacità di gestione del cliente. Non so francamente se ritornerò: so quanto, nei paesi civili, la sostanziale cortesia faccia parte di qualunque prestazione sanitaria di qualità. I had been two years ago at the Dr. Gibiino center in Viale Vitt. Veneto. Another atmosphere, another welcome, more comfortable than the new formula! I met a Dr. rude and lacking in customer management skills. I frankly do not know if I will return: I know how much, in civilized countries, substantial courtesy is part of any quality health service.

Sono uscita dallo studio alle 19,45. E sono anche stata definita una persona che si lamenta sempre e invitata a cercare altrove. Tutto bene, il personale è gentile e garbato; sempre attento e disponibile alle esigenze dei clienti. Al nostro arrivo troviamo la sala molto affollata con almeno 25 persone ( quando il cartello esposto dava una capienza massima di 13). Dopo 30 minuti di attesa mi rivolgo alla segretaria dicendo che alle 19:30 dovevo andare a prendere i bambini, lei risponde che ci sono altre 2 persone davanti a noi..... Alla fine siamo dovuti andare via e dopo una settimana di attesa mi tocca prenotare altrove perdendo altro tempo prezioso visto la situazione precaria di salute!
