★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un mese fa ho portato mio figlio per una visita dermatologica al termine della quale lo specialista mi ha specificato che per eventuali altri chiarimenti e per l invio dei risultati di accertamenti potevo mandarli tramite mail....ho inviato una mail sabato 18 luglio ad oggi nessuna risposta....ho provato a chiamare l utenza mobile che si trova nella carta intestata del centro ma nn funziona al che ho chiamato l utenza fissa del centro alla quale ha risposto una pseudo collaboratrice dello studio utilizzando modi sgarbati e scortesi.....peccato non possa dare 0 stelle come recensione le avrei date molto volentieri SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE QUESTO CENTRO PER LA SCARSA PROFESSIONALITÀ DIMOSTRATA.... sono molto deluso e amareggiato.....
A month ago I took my son for a dermatological examination at the end of which the specialist specified me that for any other clarifications and to send the results of the tests I could send them by email .... I sent an email Saturday 18 July to today no answer .... I tried to call the mobile user that is on the center's letterhead but it doesn't work to which I called the fixed user of the center to which a pseudo-employee of the studio answered using rude and rude ways ... .. pity I can not give 0 stars as a review I would have given them very gladly I STRONGLY DISCLAIM THIS CENTER FOR THE POOR DEMONSTRATED PROFESSIONALISM .... I am very disappointed and embittered .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gli specialisti del centro sono professionali, preparati e cortesi. Ho dovuto rivolgermi a qualcuno di loro per alcune visite specialistiche e devo dire che sono rimasta contenta! Cortesia, puntualità, gentilezza e disponibilità. Spiegazioni chiare ed esaustive. Consiglio vivamente.
The center's specialists are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I had to turn to some of them for some specialist visits and I must say that I was happy! Courtesy, punctuality, kindness and availability. Clear and comprehensive explanations. I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personalmente non andrò più e anzi sconsiglierò a tutti questo posto per tre semplici motivi:
In primis la scortesia e la negligenza del personale all’accettazione che commette errori in barba ai problemi di salute della gente e non chiede neanche scusa, anzi è piuttosto arrogante nei modi e nei toni.
Secondo motivo è che sono parecchio più cari degli altri posti, specialmente in relazione alla qualità del servizio.
Ultimo ma non per importanza, tempistiche di attesa irragionevoli.
Personally I will not go anymore and in fact I will advise against this place to everyone for three simple reasons:
First of all, the rudeness and neglect of the staff to accept that they make mistakes in spite of people's health problems and do not even apologize, on the contrary, they are rather arrogant in their manner and tone.
The second reason is that they are much more expensive than other places, especially in relation to the quality of the service.
Last but not least, unreasonable waiting times.
