Il ragazzo che mi ha effettuato il prelievo non mi ha fatto sentire niente, si vedeva che era preparato. Lo consiglio vivamente. More than positive experience! Friendly and polite staff. I had a blood test and they were gentle and super friendly. The guy who took me did not let me feel anything, you could see that he was prepared. I highly recommend it.

I medici che effettuano i prelievi sono molto bravi, gentili, attenti a tutte le problematiche. Inoltre mi hanno consigliato un medico che fa i prelievi a domicilio di un'umanitá incredibile, mi sono trovata benissimo. A volte c'è tantissima confusione ma le signore dell'accettazione sono molto veloci e cercano di sbrigare piú persone contemporaneamente avendo piú sportelli. Il personale è messo sotto pressione per la mole di lavoro da smaltire,sono scortesi, fanno passare avanti amici e parenti, adesso a tempo di COVID ci sono non meno di 40 persone in accettazione. In barba al distanziamento, organizzazione pessima e nessuna restrizione. Sinceramente a me non risulta, purtroppo per controlli di una patologia ci vado spesso, e sono sempre gentili. Bravissima la Dott.ssa addetta ai prelievi. Lascio 4 stelle per il semplice motivo che riuscire a parlare al telefono non è facile... devo chiamare tante volte e aspettare a lungo prima che rispondono. M	Mario De Nunzio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laboratorio ha fatto con casino con il mio tampone, e quando ho chiesto spiegazioni mi hanno praticamente mandato a quel paese. In poche parole mi hanno dato l esito che sarebbe invalidato a causa dell omissione di dettagli importanti come la data di comunicazione all Asp e il dispositivo utilizzato per effettuare il test. Dopo due giorni Vengo contattato dalla Asp con il referto positivo che ho eseguito positivo quando invece il laboratorio mi rilasso il referto negativo. Alla fine dopo due giorni persi sto andando all hub per fare chiarezza e fare un test a NORMA. Sgarbate e antipatiche per aprire una pratica ci stanno una vita. Incompetenti e incapaci di semplificare il loro stesso lavoro e fra una chiacchierata e l'altra fanno sì che il laboratorio sia inaccessibile dopo le 08.30. Non ci andrò mai più. Mi hanno tenuta dentro il centro per ben 2 ore di cui 1 ora intera ad aspettare il risultato di un tampone rapido, si avete capito bene rapido. Risultato che ovunque danno in al massimo 15 minuti! Arrivato il risultato mi hanno chiamata e senza spiegarmi nulla mi hanno buttata fuori con modi poco carini, dicendo solo per ultimo che ero positiva. Specifico che mi hanno tenuta 2 ore dentro il centro a contatto con tutti senza minimamente preoccuparsi del fatto che potessi essere positiva. Io e la mia famiglia eravamo clienti di questo laboratorio da anni. Non ci andrò mai più! Andate altrove a fare i tamponi che in 15 minuti vi danno il risultato e non vi trattano in questa maniera!
