 Yesterday my husband and I carried out the analyzes at Polilab (complete check up) and in the afternoon we have already received the report via email. Friendly and professional staff. They answer the phone. Satisfied.

Excellent professionalism and speed in the reports my parents are very well, the only flaw they do not answer the phone until after several attempts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo dire con molta franchezza che pur essendo la dott.ssa molto brava a fare il prelievo e molto garbata , mi hanno stancato.
1)Non rispondono sl telefono , sono giorni che in orari diversi provo a chiamare ma ad un certo punto parte la segreteria!
2) i referti vengono inviati solo du sollecitazione!
3)non rispettano le date di consegna.
Assolutamente sconsigliato
I must say very frankly that despite being the doctor very good at taking the blood sample and very polite, I was tired.
1) They don't answer the phone, I've been trying to call for days at different times but at some point the answering machine starts!
2) reports are sent only upon request!
3) do not respect the delivery dates.
Absolutely not recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 출국을위해 pcr검사를 했어요.50유로이고 오전10시30분에 검사해서 3시30분에 영문결과지를 받았어요. 쌤들이 친절해요
I did a pcr test to leave the country. It was 50 euros, and I got the test at 10:30 am and got the English result at 3:30. The teachers are friendly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came without reservation to take a covid PCR test, and they were very helpful and nice.
Results came after 3 hours, which is very impressive.
Highly recommend!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go to this lab for your PCR test. The guy that does the test intentionally does it the most painful way possible. I have had three previous PCR tests and none of them were as painful as this lab . Go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn’t managed to reach them by phone. So if you need PCR test and don’t speak Italian, just go there at open hours.
The did it quick. And even corrected the report afterwards under my request (I needed some additional I formation to be mentioned there).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty smooth experience. 50 euro for a PCR, results within a few hours. You can book online ahead of time or just show up. Make sure to check hours.
