Il personale all'interno è altamente qualificato, professionale e garbato, sempre pronto a chiarire qualsiasi dubbio o incertezza nel rispetto della privacy. Stra-consigliato. Complimenti a tutto lo staff. Probably the only analysis laboratory in the center open as early as 6:30 (very useful for those who need to carry out clinical tests and start working early in the morning). The staff inside is highly qualified, professional and polite, always ready to clarify any doubts or uncertainties while respecting privacy. Stra-recommended. Congratulations to all the staff.

A	Asun if on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is quite unorganized. There were a lot of people inside constantly trying to jump the queue. There are hardly any Covid measures in place: no safe distance, people with masks halfway down, nobody uses hand sanitizer... Also administration and paperwork take a long time as everything is done manually. I had a flight on Sunday and they told me that results would be ready and sent to me on Saturday by 6pm. I had not received anything by 5.30pm so I decided to call them. After trying phoning them few times they finally called me back to tell me they had made a mistake typing my passport details. That is why they hadn't sent me the results. However it sounded like they had no intention calling me to the number I had provided to inform about this and ask for the correct details as my partner received his results already at 1pm. If you care about your health and/or have a flight to catch I would strongly advice to consider other laboratories.

More information on the website, can only recommend the ease and helpfulness. No waiting time and easy to find on the right hand side of the park. Result on paper or via email of your choice!
