S	Samantha Muratore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa. Bagnetto per i miei due cani prenotato alle 9. Arrivo 10 minuti prima, negozio ancora chiuso. All’apertura personale poco accogliente e poco garbato, ho aspettato un altro quarto d’ora e alla fine hanno fatto entrare un altro cane prima dei miei nonostante la prenotazione. Credo che questo sia un atteggiamento poco serio nei confronti della clientela considerato anche che venivamo da fuori Catania appositamente per il bagnetto dei miei cani. Sicuramente il negozio è molto elegante e ben fornito, ma se il personale non è altrettanto valido nella gestione ed organizzazione, allora sarebbe meglio che il negozio chiudesse. Evidentemente se hanno chiuso diversi negozi aristopet un motivo ci sarà. Comunque lo sconsiglio. Negative experience. Baby bath for my two dogs booked at 9. Arrival 10 minutes earlier, shop still closed. At the personal opening, not very welcoming and not very polite, I waited for another quarter of an hour and eventually they brought another dog in before my parents despite the booking. I think this is a not very serious attitude towards the clientele considering that we came from outside Catania specifically for the bath of my dogs. Surely the shop is very elegant and well-stocked, but if the staff is not as good in management and organization, then it would be better if the store closed. Obviously if they have closed several aristopet shops there will be a reason. However, I do not recommend it.

I prezzi sono in linea con gli altri. Metto 4 stelle solo perché, anche se hanno prodotti naturali e di altissima qualità, potrebbero essere più forniti sul cibo per gatti. Excellent customer service, always available and quality. Equipped with gadgets and accessories for animals of all types. Prices are in line with others. I put 4 stars just because, even if they have natural and high quality products, they could be better supplied on cat food.
