I tempi di attesa sono veramente pochissimi, rispetto agli altri laboratori di analisi, in cui bisogna aspettare giornate intere prima di un prelievo. Very professional, helpful and above all well organized. Waiting times are very short compared to other analysis laboratories, where you have to wait whole days before taking a sample.

Ho chiamato due volte e tutte e due le volte mi e' stato confermato che avrebbero erogato il referto del tampone rapido in lingua inglese qualora fosse richiesto allo sportello. Arrivata li' mi e' stato detto che il referto in lingua inglese e' disponibile solo per il tampone PCR. Ah, oltre alle telefonate ho pure mandato una mail per chiedere informazioni a cui non ho ricevuto risposta. Inaccurate and superficial in the answers. I called twice and both times it was confirmed that they would deliver the quick swab report in English if requested at the counter. Arriving there I was told that the English language report is only available for the PCR swab. Ah, in addition to the phone calls, I also sent an email to ask for information to which I have not received an answer.

Ieri in studio avevano detto che sarebbero arrivati entro le 9, oggi chiamando mi hanno risposto "dopo le 10", sono le 12 ed io non so ancora in che condizioni sto, lunedì ho un volo per tornare nella città di residenza e non so nemmeno se posso prendere l'aereo o meno. La puntualità richiesta per il tampone non è rispettata in primis da loro visto che ieri ho atteso un'ora per farlo ma al momento della prenotazione hanno sottolineato "la puntualità è importante". Evidentemente la serietà va tenuta in considerazione finché non vi sono emergenze di questo tipo . Lack of clarity regarding the way reports are provided online. n	noemy caltabiano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Organizzazione pari al nulla. L'orario di prenotazione pattuito non è rispettato in quanto una volta arrivati è magicamente protratto di molto. Non torneremo più in questo laboratorio analisi. Organization equal to nothing. The agreed booking time is not respected as once you arrive it is magically prolonged for a long time. We will never go back to this laboratory.

La clinica è in uno stato di pulizia ed ordine ammirevole, difficile da trovare altrove. Tempestività, cortesia e professionalità superano di gran lunga l'eccellenza. Complimenti a tutto lo Staff!!! The staff have always expressed themselves in a cordial and professional manner, both at the counter on site and at the telephone service. Se al banco chiedi” posso chiederLe un’informazione?” Non rispondono ne SI ne NO. Ripeto la domanda per la seconda volta, ma ancora una volta nessun suono ... ne Si ne No! Solo uno sguardo fisso! Peccato perché un tempo eravate i migliori!!!. If you call for information, they reply to send an e-mail, if you send the request for information via e-mail, they do not reply to the question.
