Ho provato a dirle che questa azione fosse sbagliata, dal momento che sono un'infermiera, e che in tal modo aumenta il rischio di contagio per malattie quali l'hiv, mi è stato risposto che lì in quel centro prelievi non possono essere utilizzati a dismisura i guanti e per tal motivo li igienizzano... davvero assurdo! Non ci tornerò più e vi consiglio di non andare, se il contagio non avverrà per Covid, di sicuro l'epatite B ritornerà! Dopo aver contattato i miei genitori perché hanno fatto coagulare una provetta, al momento del ritiro delle prime analisi il 16 novembre in orario lavorativo facevano trovare il laboratorio chiuso nonostante fossero dentro e non aprivano. Il giorno 19 i miei genitori ci riprovano, stessa storia se non che stavolta mia madre li costringe ad aprire minacciando di chiamare i carabinieri, al che un dipendente con fare scontroso dice che l'orario per il ritiro delle analisi è passato ma mia madre lo smentisce facendogli leggere ciò che era scritto sul loro stesso sito e sulla bacheca.Ciò non bastasse consegnano solo una parte delle analisi costringendo i miei a farli riaprire perché si erano nuovamente barricati dentro. Non ci andremo mai più, ALLUCINANTE. Incompetent and rude. Ho richiesto un parziale per un urgenza all' accettazione, la quale mi ha riferito che ne avrei dovuto parlare in fase di prelievo. In fase di prelievo mi hanno detto che non era assolutamente possibile avere un parziale perché proprio il loro sistema non lo permetteva. Chiamo il centro di Guidonia a cui fanno capo e mi confermano tutt' altro! Non continuo perché c'è il resto della storia... If I could have dropped zero stars I would have done it!
