Ho visto fare al meno 10 prelievi senza cambiarsi i guanti erano gialli, rotti , che a tenuto anche per fumare e usare il cellulare per poi riprendere il servizio di prelievo con lo stesso paio . Ho avuto la necessità di effettuare delle analisi in breve tempo e fuori dalla mia zona di abitazione e non posso fare altrimenti che ringraziare la cordialità ricevuta sia in accoglienza che dai professionisti. Grazie all'immediatezza del referto , ho potuto consultarlo online ancora prima di passare a ritirarlo e questo è stato di grande aiuto. Ho visto per caso alcune recensioni sull'igiene... ma onestamente non ho riscontrato questa carenza!! anzi le prassi alle quali sono stata sottoposta rispettavano pienamente gli standard igienici ed il centro sin dall'ingresso mi è sembrato curato, pulito ed anche ben organizzato secondo gli standard per le disabilità ... Ringrazio ancora l'equipe dei professionisti che oltre alla professionalità hanno eseguito i miei esami con rigore , precisione e con prontezza nella comunicazione. Comodissimo inoltre il servizio di invio delle risposte attraverso profilo dedicato con login e password, tra i primi che ho visto in zona. Sia la dottoressa, sia Eugenia, che Federica sono sempre state iperattente anche e soprattutto ai casi delicati come mio padre e mia madre molto anziani e la segretaria Flavia sempre attenta a suggerirmi la migliore soluzione con i pacchetti di analisi a prezzo chiuso che offrono a tutti. Dimenticavo: sono in grado di erogare servizio di prelievo anche domiciliare e sono sempre stati puntuali e diligenti e gentili. Bravi! A	Andrea Pucci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver chiamato il giorno prima segnalando il problema che le vene sul braccio del paziente sono difficili da trovare..., ci rispondono che la dottoressa è bravissima anche nei casi più difficili. Andiamo ed ecco cosa abbiamo trovato : 1) incapacità del personale medico che, vantandosi di fare questa professione da 40 anni..., non è poi in grado di trovare la vena per il prelievo su un soggetto che le ha più interne (Il che non vuol dire impossibili da trovare, visto che in altri laboratori analisi ci sono riusciti con un po' di pazienza..). Risultato : evidente gonfiore e livido formati nei 2 punti in cui hanno "tentato" .. 2)Scortesia nei modi e mancanza di tatto ( si parla di paziente oncologico.. ) 3) scarsa attenzione all'igiene ( non si tocca il telefono e poi si procede al prelievo !! Magari si disinfettano le mani prima..!! ) Mai più!! Da evitare assolutamente!
