★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mia mamma: una persona di 72 anni. si è recata a questo punto della Tre, perché da mesi avevamo un problema che non riuscivamo a risolvere: nel mio condominio era arrivata la fibra e mi avevano mandato il Modem nuovo per collegarmi, che però non era mai arrivato.
Ebbene mi sono rivolta a loro negozio ma il personale non solo non è stato disponibile ma ha anche risposto in malo modo ad una signora anziana.
Scrivo questa recensione per segnalarlo ad altri acquirenti di Ciampino: fino a quando si tratta di acquistare sono gentilissimi ma quando poi ci sono problemi di qualunque tipo ti fanno capire chiaramente che gli scocci. Dove è finita la gentilezza nei confronti del cliente..?? La gentilezza è sacra come il rispetto per le persone più anziane di te.
My mom: a 72 year old person. she went to this point of the Three, because for months we had a problem that we could not solve: the fiber had arrived in my condominium and they had sent me the new Modem to connect me, but it never arrived.
Well I went to their shop but the staff were not only not helpful but also replied badly to an elderly lady.
I am writing this review to report it to other Ciampino buyers: as long as it comes to buying they are very kind but then when there are problems of any kind they make you understand clearly that the annoyances. Where is the kindness towards the customer .. ?? Kindness is as sacred as respect for people older than you.
