Ho chiesto una sim senza abbonamento per effettuare un semplice passaggio di operatore, ma mi hanno detto che avevano solo sim con abbonamento e che non era possibile fare il semplice passaggio. Ho poi verificato sul sito dell'operatore telefonico e le sim senza abbonamento erano date per disponibili anche presso i punti vendita.... Professional in the ways but in my case not attentive to the customer. I asked for a sim without a subscription to make a simple operator change, but they told me that they only had sims with a subscription and that it was not possible to make the simple change. I then checked on the telephone operator's site and the sims without subscription were given for available also at the points of sale ....

Grazie alla disponibilità e attenzione del del titolare che ci ha dedicato molto tempo, siamo usciti dal negozio con un nuovo smartphone (premetto che sono un appassionato e questo è un recentissimo modello 2018, non top di gamma ma quasi, ad un prezzo molto + conveniente di quello visto online), con una sim attiva a tariffazione più conveniente e una perfetta reinstallazione di tutte le app , rubrica e account, ad immagine di quello rubato, cosa che avrei potuto fare anche io ma tutto sommato mi è stato comodo così. Questo negozio sarà quanto meno un riferimento per eventuali prossimi acquisti. Because my mother's smartphone was stolen, I only went to replace the sim. This shop will be at least a reference for any future purchases.

Chiesto info su passaggio a tim con cellulare e ci siamo ritrovati con variazione del piano tariffario linea fissa e variazione nominativo sim e aggravio spese fattura. Incompetenti è fare un complimento!!!! Mai più! Bad experience in this shop. Asked for info on switching to tim with a mobile phone and we found ourselves with a change in the fixed line tariff plan and a change in name of the sim and increase in invoice costs. Mi hanno anche reperito un modem specifico di ultima generazione in un giorno (col 187 ne avrei aspettati almeno 10)! Non posso che raccomandare vivamente questo centro TIM a chiunque, sia per telefonia mobile che fissa. Grazie! Absolutely Super! Kind, helpful and competent. They solved a huge technical problem of fiber connection that I would never have solved with the 187. They also found me a specific latest generation modem in a day (with the 187 I would have expected at least 10)! I can only highly recommend this TIM center to anyone, both for mobile and fixed telephony. Thank you!

Ho provato a chiamare l'assistenza telefonica, mi sono rivolta a diversi centri TIM, ma nessuno riusciva a risolvermi il problema. Erano passati diversi giorni dal furto ed io non sapevo più come fare in quanto il mio business è gestito praticamente per intero dal mio telefono. Gli operatori telefonici mi dicevano che forse ci sarebbero voluti più di 10 giorni per sbloccare la mia situazione e che non ne erano neanche sicuri per via della complessità del mio caso (visto che era una linea business a contratto). Alla fine mi sono rivolta a questo punto vendita dove ho trovato Fabrizio, che in appena 25 minuti mi ha risolto completamente il problema! 1) E' riuscito a riattivare il mio numero su una nuova scheda 2) E' riuscito a recuperare le mie credenziali di accesso al portale my tim business Finalmente posso ricominciare a lavorare!
