E la prossima volta pagate con pay pal così si attaccano..............!!!!!! Unico neo sono alcune imprecisioni nelle descrizioni dei prodotti sul sito, tra cui la reale disponibilità, ma si risolve semplicemente facendo una telefonata o inviando una mail. Personale gentile e disponibile: consigliatissimi! Dopo circa una settimana mi mandano una mail per dire che il telefono era arrivato con pacco rovinato e quindi lo avevano respinto! Cooosa?!!! Era disponibile ma non lo avevano in magazzino?!! Mi chiedono se preferisco altro modello o rimborso. Chiedo il rimborso via mail più e più volte, mai una risposta. Telefonicamente dicono che è in fase di rimborso. Ad oggi circa 20 giorni dall'acquisto ho perso 708 euro e non ho alcun telefono! Spero PayPal possa risolvere perché da loro non mi aspetto più nulla. The worst online shopping experience of my life! Ammetto che non ho trovato il massimo della organizzazione, intesa la parte amministrativa; Non arriva la conferma di pagamento, ho dovuto chiamare per capire se gli era arrivato il pagamento . Non è un e-commerce come siamo abituati ( Monclick/ Mediaworld ecc ) ma il personale è veramente disponibile , se chiami rispondono e ti tranquillizzano sul monitoraggio del tuo ordine. Dalla telefonata capisci che è un negozio aperto al pubblico, senti salutare gli altri clienti :))) io se avrò da fare altri acquisti lo ricontatto, con loro ho sentito il rapporto umano che con la vendita online viene spesso a mancare !! La spedizione è stata in perfetto orario, mi fa piacere pensare che sono un principalmente un negozio e che si sono adeguati alle nuove tendenze dei consumatori ( acquistare online) complimenti e tanti auguri per perfezionare al meglio questa attività!
