★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato che il negozio in questione sia un centro assistenza plurimarca assolutamente non all'altezza. Personale saccente ed arrogante,mi sono recata nel punto vendita su indicazione del mio gestore telefonico per un problema alla sim. Dopo svariate ipotesi del titolare (il più saccente tra tutti senza motivo vista l'incompetenza) che imputava il disservizio al mio telefono nuovo,ovviamente NON comprato da lui , ho preteso il cambio della SIM e sono andata via. Il giorno dopo l'ho contattato telefonicamente sempre su indicazione del mio gestore telefonico in quanto mancava la registrazione dell'imei sul portale o comunque non era andata a buon fine mi ha risposto che era "impossibile" e alla mia insistenza ha chiuso il telefono in malo modo .
Too bad that the shop in question is a multi-brand assistance center that is absolutely not up to par. Know-how and arrogant staff, I went to the store on the recommendation of my telephone operator for a problem with the SIM. After several hypotheses of the owner (the most pedantic of all without reason given the incompetence) who attributed the disservice to my new phone, obviously NOT bought by him, I demanded the change of the SIM and I went away. The day after I contacted him by phone, always on the advice of my telephone operator as the IMI registration on the portal was missing or in any case it had not been successful, he replied that it was "impossible" and at my insistence he closed the phone in bad way.
