Mi sono recata più volte di persona e qui trovi pulizia degli ambienti, cortesia, competenza e celerità. Anche il loro servizio a domicilio rispetta quel modus operandi che li caratterizza. Sia di persona che al telefono sono veramente gentili nel dare qualsiasi chiarimento. Le risposte delle analisi arrivano in breve tempo e se ci sono urgenze, basta dirlo al momento della prenotazione, e qualche risultato parziale, arriverà già in giornata. Un esempio per tutti. Disponibili e accoglienti sia la segretaria sia il personale che mi ha seguita nella stanza laboratorio che ha saputo metteermi a mio agio. F	Federica Moscardini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovevo fare delle analisi del sangue specifiche e per informarmi sui costi ho consultato il sito dove proponevano dei pacchetti molto convenienti ed ho potuto contattare tramite messaggio whatsapp per avere il preventivo delle analisi da effettuare. Quando sono andata a fare le analisi ho presentato il preventivo e ho pagato e poco dopo sono entrata per l’esame. I risultati sono arrivati il giorno successivo per email (come da mia richiesta) con password privata per accedervi. Ottimo servizio. M	Marco Massimi64 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato per chiedere se facessero determinate analisi ed una gentile signora mi ha chiesto di rimanere in attesa... fin qui tutto bene, quando ad un certo punto risponde un'altra signora che mi chiede nuovamente cosa volessi. Dopo la mia richiesta di poter effettuare delle analisi urgenti privatamente in mattinata (ripetuto per l'ennesima volta) mi risponde: "signore, a quest'ora non abbiamo tempo da perdere con lei" attaccandomi la linea in faccia (figuriamoci io che ho atteso 7 minuti per ricevere questa risposta). Nessun problema per le mie analisi che le ho eseguite in altro laboratorio ma l'arroganza della signora al telefono mi ha fatto proprio un brutta impressione!
